We visit your home — not a showroom, not a video call. We walk the space you want to remodel, take measurements, assess what's behind the walls, and ask a lot of questions about how you use the room and what you want it to feel like.
We discuss your goals, your budget range, and your timeline constraints. We look at material examples on the spot. And we answer every question you have — thoroughly, without the high-pressure closing tactics most contractors use.
The estimate visit typically takes 45–60 minutes. You're not obligated to move forward. And you leave with a much clearer picture of what your remodel will involve — whether you choose Recast or not.
No surprises · No change orders
Within 48 hours of the estimate visit, you receive a detailed written proposal with a single fixed price and a guaranteed completion date. Not a range. Not an estimate subject to change. A number.
The proposal breaks down every line item — labor, materials, permits, and subcontractors — so you understand exactly what you're paying for. If we discover something unexpected during demolition (like water damage behind the tile), we absorb it if it's scope we should have caught. We only charge you for true owner-requested scope changes, and you approve those in writing before any additional work begins.
The completion date in your proposal is contractually guaranteed. If we miss it through any fault of our own, we credit you $100 for every business day we run over. That credit has never been paid — because our scheduling is built to hit dates.

Before a single tool touches your home, we finalize every material selection. Our design team guides you through tile, cabinet finishes, countertop slabs, hardware, fixtures, and paint colors — not individually, but as a cohesive system.
We source everything before your start date. This is how we hit our timelines: there are no waiting-on-tile delays because the tile is already at our warehouse before your crew arrives.
If you want to see a physical sample of any material before committing, we bring samples to you or direct you to our supplier partners. You will not be choosing tile from a PDF.

Our licensed crews arrive on your start date and work every scheduled day until completion. You receive a photo update every evening — what was done today, what's happening tomorrow, any questions that need your input.
We protect the rest of your home with dust barriers and floor covering from day one. We clean the jobsite each evening. We never leave tools or debris strewn across your living space overnight.
On your completion date, we do a professional walkthrough together. We won't call a project complete until you've signed off on every detail. After your walkthrough, we professionally photograph the finished space — both for our portfolio and as a record of your completed project.
